Part of the speech by Herman van Rompuy, the newly appointed President of the European Council, revealing the chilling plan for using the economic crisis and "climate change" to force "global governance" on an unsuspecting world.

Now that the Lisbon Treaty has been approved and the leader of Europe been appointed (not elected), perhaps there is less need to pretend this was not the final goal all along for the EU, the proposed North American Union, the U.N., the G20 and all other entities which would strip national sovereignty.
